Oh wow what a find. Great value. A home from home, spotless, quiet and great views. Great communication and local advice. The house had everything you would need and we enjoyed slowing down, would have happily stayed all week if time would have allowed. Just perfect and would recommend and return in a heartbeat.

Beautifully designed, light filled apartment with mesmerizing views out to Lake Rotorua.

The apartment is spacious, well furnished and beautifully designed to capture all day sun and the expansive views over farmland to Lake Rotorua. A relaxing tranquil location yet it is only a short drive to Rotorua Lakefront, Eat Street, the Mountain Bike Park and all the geothermal and Maori cultural sites. We enjoyed the comprehensively equipped modern kitchen and the large bathroom. We ate in each night of our stay as the views from the kitchen whilst preparing dinner were incredible. There is a supermarket and food outlets within a few minutes drive. The bed was super comfy. The sunsets from the large deck were breathtaking and star gazing at night a real treat. It was a sanctuary to return to after a day of sightseeing and biking. Deb and Mark were excellent to deal with and the horses and Belle an added bonus!
