Good enough to sleep in overnight.
3.0The hotel room was pretty large. It was like a small apartment.
− The shower did not work. The hose was broke off the faucet. . Plus there's no restaurant there.

1.0Nothing. They were to pick us up at the ferry and never showed up, so we took a cab. Got there and nobody to check us in. We waited close to 2 hours, and nobody came, so we booked elsewhere.
− Placed looked shabby. Nobody to check us in. We want our money back on this
A bummer to end our trip on
1.0Good location near the airport, very convenient. There are a few good restaurants nearby.
− The rating would have been much higher had it not been for the very sad parrot kept in a tiny dirty enclosure (see attached photo). We could hear it crying from our room. If I am sent photos to show this parrot has been moved to a larger, more suitable enclosure, I will be happy to change my review. The rooms also smelled overwhelmingly strongly of some sort of air freshener to the point of giving me a headache, maybe go a bit easier on it.

Great accomodations, food and amenities
10.0I was just looking for an overnight stay at a hotel airport but got so much more. Room exceeded my expectations, the food is amazing and the owners made me feel like a friend visiting vs a guest at their hotel. Next time I come to Roatan, I am definitely staying here!

10.0I loved how the staff and others on the property were so friendly and accomodating. They all went out of their way to see that we were taken care of and happy. We turned one night into three and made some friends that we will be back to visit with soon.
