10.0Apartament located in beautiful city Marzamemi, near clean beach (by foot 10 minutes). Pool was cleaned the same day we arrived. Apartament was clean, big and it was well equiped. In bedroom there is a sensor which was turning green with every our move, but we covered it and it was not a problem.

9.0Friendly and helpful hosts answered to messages directly and gave us nice recommendations for restaurants and beaches for a family with young children. Accommodation very nice and clean, walking distance to the beach and town also a nice view from upstairs.
− There could have been a bit more storage space as in a few hooks och shelf’s.
Wunderschöne kleine moderne Villa mit tollem privatem Pool
10.0Die Lage war perfekt in der Nähe von vielen Stränden und Restaurants. Die Unterkunft war sehr modern und der private Pool einfach genial. Gianni und Letizia waren sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber die wirklich rund um die Uhr für uns da waren. Wir können diese Unterkunft wirklich nur weiterempfehlen.

10.0La casa magnifica, struttura nuovissima e dotata di ogni confort. Il proprietario e la moglie disponibilissimi e cordiali. Relativamente vicina al mare, raggiungibile anche con una bella passeggiata, invece per il centro (un po' più lontano) in auto si arriva pochi minuti e affidandosi ai parcheggi all'ingresso si visita con tranquillità la famosa piazza e i locali circostanti. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura.
