10.01.The staff was friendly and welcoming. 2. The condition of the place was ver good. 3. The cleanliness of the place was excellent. 4. The security seems to be tight. 5. The place is very appealing and comfortable situated in a very cosy place. 6. I suggest in the near future, they must provide some cleaning detergents, for an example, dish washing liquid, and some swaps and dish cloths, also a mop and a broom. You know if you areva lady of a kind you like to take care of your place, I don't mean that it was dirty, its just that it is in my genes to leave the place tudy as I find it. I felt so bad leaving dirty plates and glasses and the floor not swept. It is just a SUGGESTION. I thank you.

4.0The house was tidy and the place was safe
− The problem was the electricity we were never told that there would be a loadshadding....so from what we heard is that there was a notice about loadshadding which they did not tell us about......so we were so disappointed because we never get to enjoy our vacation.secondly it was written that in the morning someone will come and clean the room no one ever came.no one was checking if we needed something or not

The room was super clean, but the pool was dirty and TV was not working!!

− The TV was not working properly and the host promised to come and bring us the remote, which she never did. Secondly the pool was dirty and seemed to have not been taken care of in a while. Checking in and out the host was nowhere to be seen
