6.0The restaurant is chill vibes and serve good food. The restaurant staff is friendly and smiling Chill vibes
− The hotel needs a proper renovation. The pool area is currently under construction. The rooms are outdated, and the shower has very low water pressure. The reception staff could be more welcoming and smile more.

3.0Very Far from center, my hard to find. Stuff were very alof. and the coffee is fake hahaha they day spanish but its instant coffee... It is beach vire but the beach was rocks Could have found better

− There was no pool as described in the ads. Electric socket not universal. Staff say we have to rent 100 pesos for the adapter. Waited for our dinner for an hour. So we did not eat our breakfast.
Safe and clean with good staff but not up to standard.
5.0Bed was comfortable and staff were very accommodating and nice.
− The rooms are sub par. No phones for room service you have to walk down to reception. The pool was under maintenance so couldn’t be used. We were there while there was a tropical storm so the generator was turned off on numerous occasions throughout the day as was WiFi.
