Would not recommend- lovely house but customer care very poor

− Had no contact from the owner on how to enter the property- thought we had been conned as when we arrived the house was a different name- we managed to find a key box and guess the key code! When we got in and found it was a holiday let, but a different family on the welcome card! Unsure if we were in the right place we tried to contact the owner but no response! The pub next door finally got through. We were hoping to use the spa but was informed that would be an extra £100! The gas for the cooker ran out mid Saturday night meal. There was an outside light on all the time which my husband tried to turn off but got a large electric shock from- notified the owner but no response!
