9.0The communication was excellent. We arrived without any problems, following the directions provided. The apartment was spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom had everything necessary, including plenty of towels and toiletries. The host had everything needed to protect us from the sun, rain, and cold. We were very happy to have chosen this wonderful apartment
