− Falta de utensílios de cozinha
Una opción muy aceptable.
8.0La reforma y modernización del apartamento estaba bien hecha. Muy cómodo el acceso directo desde la calle. Siendo esta muy tranquila.
− Faltan detalles, como perchas y algúna balda en el cuarto de baño

9.0Casa accogliente e funzionale, ben arredata e con tutti i i comfort. Abbiamo trovato un po' freddo entrando ma accendendo i termosifoni si è scaldato l'ambiente molto velocemente. Ben isolata acusticamente e di facile accesso. Vicinissimo alla metropolitana, in poco tempo si arriva in centro. Molti servizi nelle vicinanze.
− Poco posteggio in zona, ma sempre trovato cercando. Elettrodomestici ok, ma pentole e padelle un po' carenti, comunque in quattro ce la siamo cavata bene.

9.0Apartamento muy bien, limpio y en buenas condiciones. Ubicación muy buena. Metro a 7 minutos andando con conexión directa con el Casco Viejo de Bilbao. Posibilidad de aparcar en calle sin coste (zona blanca). Varios supermercados a pocos metros andando (incluso abiertos domingos y festivos). Bares alrededor.
− El colchon de la cama donde dormí bastante blando y hundido. La cocina NO tiene horno (SI: microondas, cafetera italiana y de filtro (no capsulas)). Sillón incómodo yy pequeño para alojamiento de 4 personas adultas.
