7.0I liked the central location, many shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by, i liked the the cozyness of the appartment and the well equiped kitchen. It felt as a "home" away from home.
− The horrible smell on the staircase, its was overwelming when entering and going upstairs or downstairs. There was no smell in the appartment itself thankfully. Also i missed a washer/dryer in the appartment but found a laundrumat close by which worked great.

9.0Great apartment with lovely design. Central location. Jumbo a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is quiet, comfortable, clean, all kitchen and toiletry necessities available.

Verblijf was toppie! We houden het zéker in gedachten bij een volgend bezoek aan Rotterdam!
8.0Appartement ligt net buiten het centrum van Rotterdam in een levendige buurt met lekkere eet- en gezellige drankgelegenheden. Jumbo op 2 min. wandelen, verschillende ontbijtgelegenheden. Alles voorzien (van handdoeken, washandjes, beddengoed tot WC-papier, koffiecups....). Hoewel gelegen aan een drukke baan, ondervonden we geen hinder van het lawaai. Grote ramen met zicht op bomen. Bij vragen vlot mailverkeer met de eigenaar. Prijs/kwaliteit = toppie!
− Geen tegenvaller voor ons, maar fysiek obstakel voor minder mobiele mensen, is de steile en vrij smalle trap om het appartement te bereiken. We misten ook enige aanwijzing van een vluchtroute bij bv. brand... in het appartement zelf.

7.0Goed uitgeruste keuken en fijne badkamer. Je voelt je meteen thuis in de leuk ingerichte woonkamer en bedstede. En het groene uitzicht. Je kunt heerlijk van de ochtendzon genieten als je het linkerraam een beetje openzet en op de groene vintage fauteuil plaatsneemt. Lekker kopje koffie erbij en genieten.!
− Weinig aan te merken op de accommodatie. Logische ruimte indeling. Het enige dingetje is wellicht de typische ‘putlucht’ wanneer je beneden binnenkomt en de trap opgaat. Je hoort dat er mede bewoners zijn in het pand maar dat is niet storend, s nachts is het muisstil.
