8.0Die Lage hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, man hat dennoch alles was man braucht in Fußnähe und auch für Besuche mit dem Hund ist es geeignet, weil man ganz in der Nähe an der Aller lang spazieren kann. Das Küche, Wohn- und Schlafzimmer in einem sind ist nicht ganz so toll aber für den Preis und wenn man nur kurz da ist völlig in Ordnung.
− Die Kommunikation vorab könnte etwas besser sein. Man bekommt die Infos wie man z.B. in die Wohnung kommt erst am Ankunftstag. Ist theoretisch auch ausreichend aber das muss ja erst mal wissen. Auch das man keinen Haustürschlüssel für die Hauseingangstür bekommt ist unpraktisch. Die Küchenausstattung könnte um ein paar Kleinigkeiten erweitert werden.

8.0Das das Zimmer sehr sauber ist, Das es viele Restaurants ringsum gibt und man zu Fuß dies in 3-5 Minuten erreicht. Es gab genügend Parkplätze hinterm Haus auch für größere Autos kein Problem. Es war Telefonisch alles super erklärt und unkompliziert selbst bei nachfragen wo wir was finden.
− Es gibt keine Lieft.

9.0Чудове місцерозташування, чиста білизна, є майже все необхідне, приміщення цілком відповідає ціні, навіть краще ніж я очікувала за таку приємну ціну.
− Відсутня вивіска з адресою при вході до будинку, наявність якої значно спростила б пошук приміщення. Відсутній килимок на підлозі поруч з душовою кабіною і килимки біля ліжка. Тому обов'язково майте з собою кімнатне взуття. Ліжка гарної якості, але матраци низькуваті.

7.0Die Lage ist gut , keine Frage. Austattung gab es aber die Geräte waren nicht an Strom angeschlossen worden ( weder Geschirrspüller noch Herd nor Fernseher ).
− Die Kommunikation hätte besser sein sollen. Außerdem habe ich immer noch nicht meine zeitig angeforderte Rechnung.
