9.0住宿附近生活機能很方便，出站後有很大間的超市開到晚上十一點，也有二十四小時的711，住宿區安靜，治安很好。 我是睡可以睡三人的房間，但三人的話會有一人要拉床墊出來睡，兩人以內會比較舒適。 房間空間很大，有冰箱、熱水壺、吹風機、洗衣機、一樓有烘衣機，浴室有乾燥冷風和暖氣功能，很適合久住+行程不急的旅客，慢慢地晃到市區很舒服！
− 住宿位置稍遠，離井荻站最近，沒辦法從新宿站直接轉，而是要從新宿出站後走路走到西武新宿站才能搭車。如果從成田機場來，建議從新宿東口出來再往西武新宿走。 注意要搭區間車（各站停靠），如果搭到特急，要在鷺之宮換成區間。 距離新宿約0.5小時，東京迪士尼約1.5小時。

− 寝具が汗臭かったです。 常駐スタッフ不在みたいなので交換依頼もできず。
