6.0The territory is beautiful. The lobby is lovely. The pool is big. The staff are good people.
− Where to begin? The room had 2 single beds. The bed is small and uncomfortable (the mattress is like a brick, no quilt just some thin blanket). The furniture is made of wood, not comfortable to sit on. No water bottles are provided, you need to go to the lobby for cold and hot water (no kettle in the room). I love the dogs, but one is really aggressive and unpredictable. It blocked my way couple of times with aggressive sounds and scary looks. Although staff is friendly, they don't speak English at all. Impossible to communicate. The FOOD: the timings are fixed, it's not a time range to go for a meal, it's a fixed time which made my days rotating around the meal schedule. Some dishes were good, some - not. I had no clue what I will be served. I felt like in a summer camp rather than on a relaxing vacation. No driver wanted to driving me there, no Go Jack goes there for a pickup. It was very difficult to enjoy it. Not for me. The windows had huge gaps. Why?

10.0Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait. La chambre était immense, impeccablement propre, très confortable et parfaitement équipée. La literie était excellente et très confortable, ce qui nous a permis de parfaitement nous reposer durant tout le séjour. Tout a été pensé pour que l’on s’y sente bien dès l’arrivée. L’équipe est d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours souriante, attentionnée et disponible tout en restant discrète. On se sent immédiatement accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance. La formule pension complète est un véritable point fort : durant les 6 jours, tous les repas étaient différents, variés, généreux et absolument délicieux. La qualité de la cuisine nous a vraiment impressionnés. Le domaine est magnifique, extrêmement bien entretenu et entouré d’une végétation luxuriante qui crée une atmosphère paisible et relaxante. C’est un véritable havre de paix, idéal pour se reposer et se déconnecter complètement. La piscine est également superbe, très agréable, avec des transats particulièrement confortables permettant de profiter pleinement du calme et du cadre. Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix est tout simplement exceptionnel au vu de la qualité des prestations proposées, du cadre, du confort et du niveau de service offert. Nous recommandons cet établissement les yeux fermés et y reviendrions avec immense plaisir.

Outstanding stay in beautiful, rural retreat with incredibly kind and helpful staff
10.0Beautiful accommodation and grounds, so relaxing and cosy. But the most exceptional aspect of Anima is the attentive and lovely staff (Agus, Tarek and everybody). We were treated to delicious and varied food at every meal, couldn’t fault the main chef at all and the staff couldn’t do enough to help us. I had two massages in the outdoor spa, incredible and arranged at short notice by Dewa. Coconuts also available regularly.
− Nothing we didn’t like! Small issue with critters in our outdoor bathroom but resolved quickly.
