9.0Příjemný a velmi nápomocný hostitel. Celý hotel působí klidným a udržovaným dojmem.
− Na pokoji je sice vše potřebné vybavení, ale například u konvice chybí hrníček. V koupelně chyběl sprchový závěs a celkově koupelna zapáchal, nedala se vyvětrat.

10.0Чудесные хозяева, уютно, чисто. Из окон видно горы, в пешей доступности супермаркет, ресторан и кафе. До центра Еревана общественным транспортом непросто добраться. Но гостям на своём авто и клиентам такси будет удобно. Лицам, требовательным к качеству матраса, советую заранее узнать, есть ли номер с подходящим спальным местом.
Good Owner but Room Panoramic Images Not as advertised
6.0The owner is helpful and trying to do their best. Nice air in the second floor. Shops are near like 10 minutes walk.
− The displayed images in the website are panoramic to show rooms are very beautiful and big, but that is not the reality. Rooms are okay in terms of cost at the time I rented. Location is not the best. Pool is not operational.
