9.0El alojamiento estaba limpio, camas muy cómodas, atención y check in impecable. Calefacción y Baños muy buenos.
− Cuando llegamos a las 19h había un servicio de construcción afuera de nuestra habitación con mucho ruido. Entendemos que puede suceder y no afecto nuestra experiencia, pero me pareció demasiado tarde y ruidoso tener los trabajadores ahí afuera de nuestra pieza.

10.0El ambiente es súper cálido y hogareño, te hacen sentir en casa, está todo siempre limpio, huele bien y tiene muchos detalles que Marcan la diferencia.
− La distancia del centro de la ciudad puede ser algo que lo perjudique, pero es caminable. Pero está a unas 2 cuadras del terminal de buses, así que una cosa por otra.

3.0− The host was not very accommodating. Only one roll of toilet paper for multiple days, check-in for my friend was 1300, she didnt bother to show up to checkin my friend until 1400, blind didn't close in bedroom so no privacy, towels were stained and gross, place wasnt very clean, location was quite a walk to downtown, wifi was very slow.

7.0Comfortable facilities and friendly staff, large rooms and great bathrooms. Sandra the owner is friendly and also let us leave our bags while we hiked the W trek.
− Unfortunately after notifying ahead of time that we needed a late check in after hiking in Torres del Paine, we were left on the doorstep late at night.
Séjour très agréable, le personnel était à notre écoute, le petit-déjeuner était copieux et délicieux.
