جيد ولكن الحمامات واحد ارضي ولا يوجد به دش ولم نستفد منه والآخر حمام ترويش فقط ، بمعنى انه حمام واحد فقط يمكنكم الاستفادة منه ، كما انه لا توجد خدمات أبدا حول الشقق

الموقع ممتاز قريب من الميدان والمول ولكن بالسياره وتعامل الاخ سنجار جدا محترم ومتعاون

− عدم وجود عزل بالصوت هذا هو العيب الوحيد بالسكن سكنت بالدور الثالث وكان صوت الشقه الي فوق مزعج

الخلاصة انصح فيه للسكن اقتصادي ونظيف

موقعه قريب من المطار وميدان طرابزون . والغرف جميعها مكيفه وشطاف وموقف للسيارة وغسالة وكواية بخار وطاولة كوي ومشرة ملابس ومطبخ متكامل

− المصعد فقط يوقف للدور الثالث وبعدها تكمل للدور الرابع درج
