Spacious and well equipped flat with a view

Spacious flat in the outskirts of Lido di Ostia. The apartment has a personal touch and was well equipped in the kitchen, also washing machine, books, games, etc. The bathrooms were modern and you have a small balcony with sea view. Beds were comfortable. The owner was friendly and responsive, getting the key was very smooth as his mother was waiting in front of the house.

− It is quiet far away from the town center. As the access to the beach is blocked by all the beach clubs you can walk down to the town but along a super busy street with plenty of cars and speeding motorcycles. The house is not directly at this street but it seems that drivers choose to circumvent traffic, therefore you also have a lot of speeding cars directly underneath. In general the area looks a bit isolated and run down. Restaurants and shops are in walking distance but it's better to have a car. Bathroom doors are sliding doors - a handle from the inside would be helpful for easier opening. I think not all bedrooms had aircon but we didn't need it anyway. We found the flat it relatively pricey which is part of the overall rating.

Free on-street parking, walking distance to a free (public) & several private beach clubs. Quick ride into town centre. Property was spotless & beautifully decorated, with all mod cons, lovely balcony with sea views. The host, Manuel, was very helpful, friendly & informative. We thoroughly enjoyed the 3 bedrooms (between 4 of us). The girls enjoyed playing with some toys & beach items.

− A working lift would have been beneficial with some of our luggage. Not any fault of the owner or location, there were fiesta’s taking place in the area, which made it a little loud with music at night. But thankfully it didn’t carry-on too late into the night & we still managed very good sleeps

A szállás közelében, több privát homokos tengerpart is séta távolságra volt. Jól fel volt szerelve a szállás és számos dologra gondolt a szállásadó, ami egy több napos nyaralás során praktikusá teszi a szállást.

− Egy mikrohullámsütő nagy segítség lett volna a konyhába 😁
