Great location, clean and comfortable rooms and helpful and knowledgeable owner/staff.
10.0Great location. Alberto, the owner/host very responsive and helpful.
− Water for showers ran cold at times. Presence of mosquitoes made sitting outside less enjoyable.

9.0Perfect location - quiet but very close to the center (walking distance). Very nice shower. On day 2 they put very nice cookies in our room as a surprise: they were delicious and it was a nice gesture!
− It would be nice to have a mosquito net at the bathroom window, so the bathroom window can be open without insects coming in. The bed wasn't bad, but it wasn't the best we had this holiday. It had a little bit of a pit in the middle.

10.0Alberto ist super freundlich. Er hat immer nach unserem Wohlbefinden gefragt. Einziger negativ Punkt - es gibt nur zwei Kissen auf dem Bett. Auf Anfrage haben wir aber zwei weitere Kissen erhalten.

10.0Wunderschönes, neues Appartement mit Top-Ausstattung, die man sonst nur schwer auf dem Niveau in San Teodoro findet. Ich war bereits 10-15x dort und habe noch nie vergleichbar gewohnt. Personal extrem freundlich und reagiert super schnell. Zimmer war sehr sauber und die Reinigungskraft sehr sehr gründlich und zuvorkommend. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.
