5.0the patio - just because of the view.
− the lack of hot water in the apartment. We've end up only getting 1 period of the day that has hot water for shower. rest of the day it just cold water.

1.0− It's the worst accommodation I've ever booked. On arrival, the agent apologised for the state of the accommodation. The air conditioning did not work in 2 out of 3 rooms. The toilet bowl was completely broken. There were cigarette butts on the terrace. The floor has not been cleaned. The sink is completely blocked. They tried to tell me it was the previous tenant’s fault. But absolutely not, it’s their job to make sure the apartment is decent for every traveler. To cut a long story short, she promised to send someone round and get back to me within the day. Unsurprisingly, no-one ever turned up. I had to send messages all week to get help, I received apologies and the day before last nothing! No more communication. My holiday was completely ruined. A totally unprofessional team! One giant dared to tell me that she had been trying to help me all week but it was all lies. Booking was contacted and I also lodged a complaint with the help of a consumer protection agency. Near slum accommodation. Avoid it at any cost !

Getting into the property: Monday to Friday, between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for EUR 25.
1) In-person check-in for EUR 30 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., EUR 50 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and EUR 70 from 11:00 p.m. onwards.
Weekends: EUR 30 from 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., EUR 50 from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and EUR 70 from 11:00 p.m. onwards.
2) Free self-check-in by collecting the keys from a secure box at Calle Valencia 182.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
