− Faltaban algunos utensilios de cocina. El living/comedor justo de tamaño cuando se usan los sillones de cama (nosotros éramos 6) y había 1 solo baño.

3.0The location was very convenient — right in the center of Venice, within walking distance to all main attractions. The building had a unique interior style, and the check-in process was easy and clear.
− Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet expectations — the beds were extremely dirty, the walls were damp, the bedroom doors didn’t close properly, and there was only one roll of toilet paper provided for several days. The place definitely needs serious improvements.

7.0The spacious apartment is situated in a great location, literally a few meters away from Rialto bridge. There has been an effort for some thoughtful decoration with paintings and antique furniture, that which we appreciated. Coffee was kindly provided. The kitchen was well equipped (although it didn't have a bottle opener to open the botte of wine that we found on the table, supposedly as a welcoming treat.
− Communication was typical and not particularly friendly ot welcoming. Although I explained a few times that don't speak Italian, they kept giving us directions in the foreign language, although in the end they managed to write in english. They left some urgent arrangements (like city tax payment and id registration) for the last minute and that was stressful. When we arrived we had to figure out which was the exact door of the apartment out of the two on the floor. Also, the wifi has changed name, and the tv antenna was unplugged. Pillows where very thin, and the single beds too narrow. In general we missed the welcoming vibe of someone hosting and being thoughtful of their guests.
