Las instalaciones comunes la piscina

− El apartamento tiene defectos importante, el frigorífico está roto , no se puede regular congela, el mando de la tele no funciona correctamente ,la campana de la cocina tiene medio roto el cristal y todo la humedad cae en lo q estás cocinando , por lo cual sólo se pueden utilizar los fuegos traseros.. Tiene aire acondicionado pero solo en el comedor y solo hay un ventilador para dos habitaciones.. El microondas metes algo para calentar y el plato no gira.

Bene il ritiro chiavi , buona la posizione , buono il parcheggio

− Capendo che e' un appartamento in affitto per le vacanze non commento gli utensili ed il frigorifero della cucina che hanno problemi di usura pero' l'aria condizionata non era nelle condizioni igieniche per essere accesa , mio marito ha dovuto pulire i filtri perche' erano neri e necessita pulizia di tutto l'apparecchio per evitare gravi problemi respiratori dei clienti che la utilizzano

− Falta utensilios cocina, tazas, cuchillos que corten, tijeras, trapos. Falta de ventiladores, la cocina para cocinar muy vieja y roto algún fogón
