− Уставшее состояние квартиры. Окна не закрывались плотно, что позволяло слышать происходящее на улице великолепно в любое время суток. Владелец так и не отреагировал на просьбу выслать счёт за размещение. Парковки нет, нужно искать место для машины и не факт возможности найти.

schlichte kleine Wohnung aud den 50er/60er Jahren mit ausreichend Platz, Wohnküche ansprechend eingerichtet, unkompliziertes CheckIn, im Wesentlichen sauber, recht ruhige Lage
− sehr spartanisch eingerichtetes Schlafzimmer (nichts außer zwei Betten), Badezimmer seit Erstbezug wohl nicht grundlegend erneuert (z.T. defekte Fliesen, fehlende Ablagemöglichkeiten), etliche Silberfischchen (sogar im Wasserkocher), Faltrollos nicht funktionsfähig, dadurch ziemlich dunkel
