A comfortable stay with room for improvement
8.0It has well equipped kitchen and had everything we needed, such as washing machine and dishwasher
− One of the automatic blinds in our room was not working. The staff tried to move us to another room, but it turned out to be even worse. The entire window malfunctioned and almost fell on us. In the end, we decided to move back to our original room. The receptionist was not very friendly and most of the appliances were complicated to use. We even caught our fingers in the clothes airer because of its poor design.

8.0This is one of the best Apartment-Hotel in the center of Leeds, and I had an amazing experiance with this hotel. The Wifi was having a good speed, the staff was really good and cooperative, the complementory things are on point. good to stay property. They made sure that there are fans for the summer season.
− We should be able to open the windows. There are areas where the outside view is restrected, which can be enhanced. and there are nothing more that I can think about as a negative point. good one Jublee.
