8.0Nur 15 Gehminuten vom Zentrum, Balkon nicht zur Straße, also ruhig und Blick ins Grüne. Großer TV, gute Ausstattung in der Küche. Preis/Leistung war top.
− Eingang zum Hinterhof etwas unordentlich. Wohnung war in der 3.Etage, für ältere Menschen etwas anstrengend.

9.0Die Wohnung war für uns ein zu Hause auf Zeit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit. Gewürze, Kaffee, Tee und eine Tafel Schokolade standen bereit. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gern weiter .
