8.0Aconchego, limpeza , agilidade no atendimento, espaço familiat, bom custo-benefício e especialmente a paz e a energia que emana deste local. Gratidão
− A falta de piscina água natural; Pouca iluminação na área da piscina e, especialmente no roll das mesas o que dificulta caminhar a noite; No quarto 213 a ausência de abajur, suporte abaixo da bancada da pia do banheiro, ganchos no banheiro e especialmente no quarto, ausênciade decoração para dar um ar de aconchego. E o que de fato precisa ser melhorado é o sofá cama é bem menos confortável quando esta no formato cama um lado é bem desconfortável, diferente do apartamento 213 que é totalmente aconchegante, macio, meu filho amou. O apartomento 117 comparado ao 213 é superior devido a existência destes pequenos itens que fazem falta no 213.. Mas no geral a avaliação da estadia foi ótima. Recomendo e com certeza retornarei.
Ótimo apartamento, mas com infestação de baratas
4.0Localização boa, apartamento com boa estrutura para curto período de tempo.
− Havia uma infestação de baratas. Sempre que chegávamos no apartamento e acendíamos as luzes víamos várias baratas (pequenas) na parede da sala, no sofá, no chão do banheiro e em cima da pia da cozinha. Na última noite acordamos às 3h da manhã com uma barata na cabeceira da cama. Não sei se é um problema atual do hotel ou do apartamento. Recomendamos que seja feita uma dedetização. Enviei mensagem para o administrador do apartamento por WhatsApp na minha saída para relatar o ocorrido e fui ignorado.

− Nos quedamos sin papel higiénico y en la recepción no nos quisieron dar, por q no habíamos hecho la reserva directamente con ellos, osea la hicimos por Booking. No entiendo que tiene q ver!!
