− The receptionists seem more focused on their phones than on assisting customers. They don’t pay much attention to guests, and unfortunately, there wasn’t even a simple greeting like ‘hello’ or ‘good morning,’ which gave a very poor impression.

− WiFi ไม่แรงพอ..มีการสูบบุหรี่หน้าทางออกเหม็นมาก..ห้องน้ำมีการรั่วซึม.ทำให้ห้องขึ้นรา.เป็นบางห้องนะ.ทางเข้าที่พักควรจะมีป้ายบอกก่อนล่วงหน้า.ไฟในห้องน้ำควรสว่างกว่านี้.ตรงที่อาบน้ำควรจะมีที่แขวนสบู่หรือยาสระผม.
