1. Cleanliness and lack of bad odor from toilet to rooms and to veranda; 2. The thoughtful placement of furniture, decorations and plants; 3. Amenities provided from first aid kit to the utensils and to the bottles of water stocked in the fridge; 4. Comfortable beds and pillows provided; 5. Working electronic appliances; and 6. Location of the apartment The apartment was cosy and warm, looking like the pictures! The owner was attentive and helpful, proactively reaching out often to ask if I might need help during my stay here at this property. It was a very comfortable experience for me as though it had been a home stay. ☺️ As a non-local visitor, I would recommend this location to Korean locals and foreigners who are comfortable speaking and reading Korean, as this is situated in a local area (that is, 인덕원 of 안양시) where there is little to no opportunities to get by only in English.
