A great place for a relaxing stay
9.0Characterful, beautiful situation, very comfortable bed. Spacious, dog friendly garden, close to good walks and excellent local pub in interesting, historic village. Helpful and friendly host. Easy parking.
− Needs some reference to the occasional possibility of low flying chinook helicopters carrying out night time training directly over the house ! Also needs a couple of plates in kitchen
Very relaxing and quiet place, with a very nice host
10.0The host was extremly friendly and helpful. The location is very quiet, but with pubs and store within walking distance.
Quiet getaway
10.0The best night sleep we've had in a long time. A very quiet area, we really appreciated how dark it was at night too. The host was very welcoming providing information on arrival of local amenities. The room was very cool, even during a heat wave. We really appreciated having the small kitchen/dining area to cook some microwave meals from the local shop to save on costs.
Cosy getaway
10.0Very cosy property which had all amenities needed and in a very lovely village . The communication with our host was also great through the whole stay.
Nice break from corporate hotels, will definitely come again
