Very well furnished, spacious house with comfortable beds—overall, very comfortable. There was a basic supply of groceries waiting for us on the day of our arrival.

− Need to know: The immediate surroundings aren't really that nice, and there are an unusually large number of mosquitoes (even for Mauritius), as well as a lot of barking at night.

Pauline ist eine sehr liebenswürdige und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns persönlich am Haus empfangen und sogar einen Grundvorrat an Lebensmitteln im Kühlschrank für die ersten Tage deponiert. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll und mit allen wichtigen Dingen ausgestattet. Das Auto konnte man direkt am Haus parken. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt - vielen Dank, liebe Pauline!

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt im Sandy Lane Cottage. Mit viel Liebe und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Pauline hat uns herzlich begrüßt und uns viele Tips für Restaurants, Strände und Ausflüge gegeben. Sie war auch jederzeit erreichbar. Der Kühlschrank war für ein tolles Frühstück gefüllt...so dass wir nicht direkt einkaufen mussten. Grossartig war auch der Service der beiden tollen Damen, die das Haus immer wieder fast unbemerkt aufgeräumt haben. Vielen Dank

Feels-like home house for vacation

House is even better than photos! It's provided with everythinig you may possible need for relax and fell-like home vibe. It's special because of the terrace and backyard. Everything is nice and clean, you also have a cleaning lady who comes once or twice per week. Pauline and her husband are very nice and kind, and gave us recommendation for everything. Beach is at 10-15 min by foot, nice restaurants nearby. But it would be the best to rent a car. Choosing this house and exploring around the island made our stay at Mauritius much better than a hotel.
