7.0− Anlage von Aussen wirkt wie verlassen, ungepflegt. In der Wohnung viele Sachen veraltet, vor allem dasBad. Der Preis gegenüber anderen Apartments,auch in der Schweiz viel viel zu hoch..Auch Conteiner für Mühl gabs es nicht, haben Unterwegs entsorgt.Auch gegen 24.00 waren die Machbarn gut zu hören

− Sehr Ringhörig im Ganzen Block.
Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung wohl.
7.0Die Unterkunft ist zentral gelegen. Es war ruhig dort zu wohnen. Sie ist zweckmässig eingerichtet.
− Vom Flachdach floss Schmelzwasser auf den Parketboden. Das kann gefährlich werden weil es dort eine Stehlampe mit Elektroanschluss hat.

10.0Nous avons passé 5 jours dans l’appartement 23 et nous avons adoré cet endroit ! Tout était propre et pratique, l’appartement est très bien situé et les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été très agréables. Pour notre prochain séjour a Davos, nous y retournerons !
Grosszügige, gut eingerichtete Studioappartements in bester Lage.
8.0Wir hatten 2 Studios. Die Grösse der Studios war deutlich grösser als erwartet und sehr komfortabel. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Lage ist ideal mit Bushaltestelle direkt hinter dem Appartement und schneller Busverbindung sowohl zur Rothornbahn als auch zur Parsennbahn. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Laufdistanz.
