9.0Lokacija je veoma dobra ,sve je u neposrednoj blizini zgrade. Stan je čist i dovoljno komforan za dve osobe. Kuhinja je kompaktna i ima sve što je potrebno za kraći boravak.
− U okviru zgrade nema parking mesta. Jedina opcija je parkiranje prekoputa zgrade na javnom parking,koji je paralelan sa putem. Nije najbezbednije,ali je jedina opcija.
