Beautiful villa, views and location. However, not an overly enjoyable experience.

Villa is absolutely beautiful. In a great location in the gulf of Orosei and close to local shops and restaurants. The views from the Villa were amazing.

− We struggled with the lack of hot water as it is a water tank - the bio didn’t say it was a water tank or else we may have looked elsewhere as we do enjoy lots of showers and baths. There is a beautiful bath but we couldn’t even fill it 3/4cm high. We also had a lot of ants, mosq and wood lice which the owner says is common for this time of year. That is fine but we arrived to a pool full of dead woodlice. The owner states the pool was cleaned for us arriving but it was not. The bedroom doesn’t have curtains or blinds. We asked on arrival and were told there was nothing. We then realised there were steel shutters outside that can be closed, we tried but they were too heavy and you had to hang out of the window to do so. The bed is really loud and will actually keep you awake - a previous review says the same. We ended up leaving our villa stay early to head to the north - both because we wanted to go north and because we didn’t love our stay at the villa. We did provide some feedback and request a refund for the days we left the villa as we didn’t love our stay but we got a quite aggressive reply back. The owner stated I demanded a refund and this was not the case, I politely requested. I presume the owner will reply to this review as well.
