You walk into a cool, modern, and spotless interior with plenty of bedrooms and a well stocked kitchen.

− The neighborhood was good if you're going to the baseball stadiums or Publix, but everything else was 20-40 minutes away. The beds should have been comfortable, but were weirdly squeaky & noisy. It would have been helpful to have some towel rods in the bathrooms.

The place is clean and things look fairly new. The kitchen facilities are near perflect with enough dinner plates, utensils, cups etc, There is a rice cooker, air flyers, microwave, water boiler, new frige, and other usual pans and pots. There is free wifi and is of hgh speed. Also there is a big flat TV in the living room and one in each bed room. The channels are adequate. The host is very helpful and responses to calls within a resonable time. The location is closed to highways and parkways and within easy distance to supermarkets, restaurants and close to the airport.. The place, however, is not that close to Fort Myers Beach or the Sanibel Island. But the cost of rental is superbly reasonable and I will definitely recommend it for potential renters.

− Nothing at all and one thing that I did not see is if there were any heaters. For a very cold night in the winter a heater may be useful. May be it is there but 1 forgot to ask for it. There is air conditioning but I do not know if it is also a heat pump too.
