1.0− Der Vermieter hat uns nicht die gebuchten und bezahlten Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Auf Nachrichten ging er nicht ein. Wir sind abgereist und haben woanders übernachtet. Am Telefon gab er vorher zu, dass die Buchung versehentlich untergegangen ist. Bisher hat er sich zur Rückerstattung nicht geäußert.
