− Muito difícil de arranjar vaga para estacionar ao redor.

8.0Lo mejor la limpieza, todo cuidado al detalle, sábanas, toallas y limpieza del apartamento de 10.
− Echamos en falta algo de insonorización ya que se escucha todo por el patio que está al lado de las habitaciones. También valorar que solo tiene persianas una habitación pero en el resto no hay ni persianas ni cortinas y sería positivo porque entra luz y ruido por el patio. Otro detalle sería que tuviera más provisiones de cocina como aceite, sal, azúcar, papel de aluminio. Además el mando de la televisión está con algunos botones roto como el 'ok' y tuvimos que usar el control remoto por el móvil para usarla, pero al ser antigua aunque tenga Internet no funcionan las apps, recomendaría llevar un tv box o fire tv.
