Brilliant stay,loved the flat,shame about the stairs.
9.0location was excellent. lovely clean ,modern flat,very well equipped kitchen,everything you would need. very comfy beds with great bedding. very quiet even though near a busy road loved having a tv in the double bedroom
− Didnt like brown stains in some cups/mugs. We put to one side as there was plenty of others to use. The stairs were a nightmare as we are elderly, we did not know the flat is right at the top ! We tended to go out late morning and stay out all day so only using the stairs once a day which was a bit of a pain. Really needs to be emphasized on line when looking up the details.

Not really for 4 adults, needs better beds, but top location
7.0Location was great, only 4 houses back from the sea front. 6 mins walk to a Co op or Budgens supermarket. Large king bedroom and lounge. Well equipped kitchen. Cotton bedding and good towels. Basic cooking ingredients left by previous guests.
− It wasn't clear that it was the top floor. Parking was an inaccurate cost. Received info it was 33 pounds for 7 days in the car park, it was, in fact 50. Beds uncomfortable they were too soft and already sagging. The 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds is really too cramped for 2 adults, maybe ok for 2 children. Cleaning not up to standard. Crumbs on bread board, water stains on cupboards and v dusty bed stead. Not enough toilet roll for 4 people. No washing machine, although this was advertised. Kitchen too small for 4 adults. Not good value. One set of keys provided. Check in at 4pm and check out of 10am is unreasonable. Bath tub leaked no matter how careful we were. Blinds did not darken the rooms enough.
