8.0I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent—very convenient and close to everything I needed. The hotel was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff truly made my experience exceptional. I accidentally left one of my belongings behind after checking out, and they went above and beyond to help me recover it. Their kindness, professionalism, and prompt assistance meant a lot to me, and I sincerely appreciate all their efforts. The only minor downside was that the rooms were a bit small, but they were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the amazing staff for making my stay so enjoyable!

10.0The staff are exceptional!! I travel a lot and rarely find a place that treats you as homely. Specifically an employee at the reception named Ali. We had an issue with our booking and he went out of his way to find us a solution. Even the general manager was keen on providing us with full comfort the next day. I also liked the proximity to many key cultural as well as touristic areas, with 5 mn walk from the center of attraction
