Quick action by staff for the replacement of the rented accommodation. Great staff.

The phone number connects to another accommodation (Queenslander hotel) which we were told to be owned by the same person as Linda's Apartment Transient. As the care taker of Linda's Transient was not contactable, staff at the Queenslander hotel offered us 2 rooms to cover for the 2BR Transient accommodation. The staff at the Queenslander Hotel especially Melody resolved issues at hand and were very accommodating. My sincere thanks to the staff for the good service and resolution of issues encountered.
