We made the best of the stay and stayed at beach all day to only use room when necessary.
3.0Closeness and easy access to the beach.
− Old, run down property. No bolts on doors for security and old a/c unit’s, no central air. No fan in bathrooms so moisture and humidity are bad in rooms. Beds were awful.

4.0The view
− No elevator, dated decor, floors uneven, sliding door to balcony would not open without two people pulling on it. Roku TV buffering constantly when it connected to WiFi. Received text threatening our car to be towed if place card not visible. The undisclosed pet fee was $50 per night- excessively ridiculous. Cold water mid shower and hot water did not return.

4.0staff was polite. They were available when I needed something.
− needed a lot of updating. There are a lot of things in the room that were falling apart. The bathroom door was scraping on the floor. The inside of the door the bathroom fell off the shower stall drain was not on around the edges were rusty. Sliding door to the balcony was hard to open and shut.
We loved our weekend stay and can’twait to plan another visit.
10.0The property was clean and had everything that we needed. The pool was great. The private beach access was convenient. The location was the best, just walking distance to the pier, multiple restaurants, and some stores. We loved that they are pet friendly.
