1.0Die Lage war echt top!
− Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis leider sehr schlecht. Wir haben Anfang Mai für eine Nacht 170 € bezahlt. Der „Luxus“ im Namen der Unterkunft ist aus unserer Sicht eher Schein als Realität. Die Unterkunft war insgesamt solide, hatte jedoch einige deutlich spürbare Mängel. Die eine Nacht war zwar auszuhalten, insgesamt waren wir vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber sehr enttäuscht.

− The place is not like the pictures. It needs thorough cleaning and maintenance. Corners are moldy, walls are dirty, shower head is spraying everywhere, clothes rack halfway ripped out of the wall..
Authentische Berliner Unterkunft.
8.0Im Großen und Ganzen eine sehr authentische Berliner Wohnung. Es ist im Großen und Ganzen alles da, was man braucht.

6.0La ubicación y la comodidad.
− Estaba sucio al llegar. El edificio muy viejo y en mal estado. El agua caliente no siempre funcionaba. La cafetera no funcionaba y al pedir ayuda no respondieron nada coherente.
