Great location, a little outdated.

Great location, close to the surf beaches and the Common bistro. Good facilities such as washer/dryer within the apartment.

− Outdated, and when you are not close to a general store they could have provided more coffee pods, etc. The cookware ( frying pans) were deteriorating. If you are charging top dollar make sure you are providing top shelf stuff.
