10.0Clean, spacious, quiet. Four double/twin bedrooms all with en-suite facilities and Egyptian cotton bedding. Great showers. Well equipped kitchen with everything our party of 8 adults and one toddler required. Pool table. Hot tub. Patio with furniture and lovely views. Large garden. Ample parking for three cars. Handy for Cupar, Dundee, St Andrews and central Scotland. Didn’t see any staff but our WiFi problem was solved promptly.
− Not enough coat hangers in wardrobes. WiFi sufficient for our needs but we had to continually accept terms and conditions and sign in (multiple times per day).

Beautiful setting. Peaceful and well placed for exploring Fife.
10.0Loved the space of this house and the enclosed garden. Little touches like dog blankets bowls and poo bags alongside only a few dog rules. House was clean and well equipped. Hot tub was private clean and lovely.

A fantastic trip to Balmeadowside last week. We would recommend this place and hope to return.
10.0A stunning location for views across the countryside. Very well sign-posted and easy to drive to off the A92. Easy access to Cupar, Dundee and St Andrews. Lots to do in the area. Everything was ready for our arrival. The house was spacious but also very homely. All the fixtures and fittings were good quality. Lovely big comfortable beds, well laid out kitchen with everything we needed. This was a family occasion and couldn't have been better for mixed ages to spend time together.
