Tiene una ubicación excepcional!! A 5 minutos de la playa!! Tiene una piscina comunitaria super chula!! Tiene un patio perfecto para estar con la familia y tiene una barbacoa de Gas donde poder hacer rica comida!! Los vecinos super amables!! Zona super tranquila y segura!! Mucho aparcamiento!! Hemos quedado encantados!!

La localizacion era la que necesitabamos

− Las fotos hacen creer lo que no es. A comentar: Uno de los cuartos es en realidad un garaje, con humedad. La piscina no es parte de la vivienda. A la parte exterior hay que salir a traves de uno de los cuartos. Invadiendolo. Tuvimos que lavar la vajilla.

La vue, la terrasse et la piscine.

− Pas de confort, propreté zéro vraiment mauvais, très chaud dans les chambres pas de climatisation , meubles et équipements tout vieux, beaucoup de Fourmi dans la cuisine.

Lovely and quiet location and a nice quiet pool the home has a lot of potential but it has been left to ruin.

− We're lucky that we are able to make the best of any Situation but I feel sorry for anyone that turns up and is expecting something as described in the listing and pictures. So many things to list but the handles in the kitchen were dirty, the beds were hard and lumpy, it's listed as having aircon but only in the upstairs and the bedrooms are like ovens, fans are supplied but sleep was difficult, the bedding was stained and the pillows were awful. The oven didn't work, there was a large fridge freezer on the landing which was giving off heat like a radiator making the air con issue even worse. The kitchen cupboards were half hanging off and the handles were dirty. The dishwasher was taped off so it couldn't be used so I assume it doesn't work. One of the main reasons for us booking this place was the balcony and the garden with a barbecue. The balcony was always soaked in water because of the position of the air conditioning condense pipe into a bottle in the corner of the balcony which would overflow within an hour of emptying, my daughter actually slipped and hit her head but luckily no major damage done. We decided o have a barbecue, went to the shop to purchase loads of meat and salad stuffs only to find when setting the barbecue up that it was damaged and could not be connected to the gas bottle so we had to go and purchase a barbecue as to not waste the meat. There are so many things I could list but basically the place has been purchased as a holiday let and they're spending bare minimum on anything that goes wrong and I feel completely let down. As stated above, luckily we make the best of everything and still had a nice holiday albeit with a lack of sleep. I emailed booking.com and requested a refund but heard nothing back as yet and I will be looking to receive some form of compensation once I am home.
