− Service, facility, value for money, cleanliness, not up to Mark, owner is an ex army person he should know what cleanliness is and what discipline is in the service, we try to contact the owner by WhatsApp as there was no one to contact on the spot there was no response from the owner by the message later also, that shows how discipline is
