Apartment was very close to the sea and very close to the city center, , nice and new equipment inside. Everything what you need.🙂

− When we came inside the apartmemt the was a quite strong unpleasant smell, probably coming from the drain. Because of the rain, the Sea level is than higher and it affects to the apartment.

The location is great, you have pharmacy, restaurant's, bakery,souvenir shop, market and the beach near the apartment. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures, you have everything you need For us was a great experience. Thank you very much!

Great choice if you're looking for an authentic stay in a charming Croatian town

We recently stayed at Sani Holiday House in Razanac, Croatia, and had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, our host Ivana made us feel right at home. She was incredibly kind and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, providing local tips and always being available to help. Her warm hospitality truly made our stay special. The location of the apartment is excellent, right in the heart of Razanac. It’s a short walk to everything you need, including shops, restaurants, and the beach (literally 30m away from your door). The historic charm of staying in an old, renovated stone building added a unique touch to our experience, making us feel connected to the town medieval history.

− There are a couple of small drawbacks to be aware of. The apartment does not have a balcony or terrace, which might be a downside for those who enjoy outdoor spaces and want to admire the view of the sea and Velebit mountains. Additionally, the interior is a bit on the darker side, likely due to the structure of the old building. While this didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment, it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer bright, airy spaces.

Very cosy apartment in the heart of Razanac:-)

Old original stone house but modern comfortable apartment inside. It is very cosy. Super location: private parking lot, beach, bakery, restaurants, shops only a few steps. The owners are very kind. Everything according to the description.
