10.0Lovely spacious cottage with good well equipped kitchen.
− Only point I would note is that given we visited in quite a wet week or was difficult to get washing dry. Whilst there was a airer in utility we struggled to get clothes dry. A moveable airer that could be put in lounge also would help or replace the fridge with a dryer that doesn't require venting etc to keep costs down.

8.0Good lay out of house for holiday makers with dogs or children (not that we had latter). Reasonably well placed for coastal path walks. Great location for the restaurants and pubs in St Mawes.
− The parking was tight for 2 cars. Could have done with a bath in one of the bathrooms.
