− - Mình book 6 phòng cho 2 đêm nhưng chăn ga không sạch, không thay chăn ga khác - Mình đã yêu cầu thay chăn ga nhưng vẫn không có ai thay, có phòng bị hôi - Mình nói xong thì quản lí đưa chăn ga mình tự thay nhưng đến hôm sau vẫn không thay cho mình dù mình có yêu cầu house cleaning
