A szállás nagyon szép és kulturált. Kiváló az elhelyezkedés, közel vannak a látnivalók 300 m-en belül van szupermarket és pizzéria. A kulcsok átvétele gördülékeny volt, a személyzet segítőkész. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, remélem még visszatérünk. Maximálisan ajánlott.

Bello, ma niente acqua calda

La struttura corrisponde alla descrizione. La sistemazione è molto comoda con locali ampi e funzionali. Tutto era pulito al nostro arrivo. La posizione è comoda per esplorare i dintorni. Un po' defilita rispetto al centro, ma per noi questo non è stato un problema.

− Purtroppo non c'era l'acqua calda per via di un malfunzionamento della caldaia. Ho contattato la proprietà della struttura ma, nonostante le rassicurazioni di pronto intervento, il problema non è stato risolto e abbiamo passato 5 giorni senza acqua calda con grossi disagi per fare la doccia. Non ci è stata proposta nessuna forma di compensazione. Peccato, perché altrimenti il sofgiorno sarebbe stato davvero gradevole.

− Kommunikation am Anreisetag war nicht optimal, hat aber am Ende alles funktioniert.

- Komunikace s agenturou přes Whatsapp funguje bez problémů. Drobný zádrhel jak se dostat ke klíčům v bezpečnostní schránce jsme vyřešili okamžitě. Paní s agentury nám ihned po našem příjezdu velice ochotně a rychle pomohla. - Apartmán má dobrou polohu a je prostorný a pohodlný. - Před domem bylo vždy volné parkovací místo. - Okolí je klidné.
