− Il vialetto non illuminato
Voor het uitzicht geweldig maar het immo kantoor liet te wensen over.
7.0Het uitzicht van op het terras, daarvoor boek je dit appartement.
− Wij waren vroeger dan het afgesproken uur aanwezig. We hadden gevraagd om ons te verwittigen indien we eerder de sleutel konden gaan afhalen. Bleek dat het kantoor tussen half 1 en 3 uur gesloten was waardoor eerder helemaal geen optie was. Zij lieten echter uitschijnen dat dit wel een optie was. Tijdens ons verblijf viel de elektriciteit uit. Wij konden niemand bereiken. Na 10x bellen nam er iemand op van het opgegeven telefoonnummer maar zij verstonden ons niet (enkel Italiaans) waardoor er gewoon werd afgeduwd. Na terugbellen werd de telefoon gewoon niet meer opgenomen….. dan maar zelf de (letterlijke) zoektocht gestart. De elektriciteitskast was niet te vinden in het appartement zelf maar in de kelder, waar we moesten zoeken hoe we hier in zouden geraken. Een geluk dat mijn man elektricien is want het was mij nooit geluk om dit terug in orde te brengen.

10.0Apartment is really well equipped and the views are STUNNING. The private beach was a perfect way to enjoy the lake. Nice location just a bit outside town, so it feels quite quiet and private, we enjoyed the walk into town with our dog on a daily basis.

3.0La vue est superbe. La plage privée est un vrai avantage.
− Le chemin d'accès assez difficile en voiture. Le bruit de la route très passante qui est omniprésent(simple vitrage). Mais surtout des travaux très bruyants dans l'appartement en dessous qui nous ont réveillé les matins dès 8h et qui rendait le logement invivable en terme de bruit...très déçu de ne pas avoir été prévenu, nous aurions annulé. Cela me semble dingue de laisser un appartement en location de vacances dans ce contexte. Travaux visibles avec banderole de l'entreprise sur la façade, mot dans les parties communes etc...bref si vous cherchez du calme ce n'est pas ici que vous en trouverez. Le rapport qualité prix n'est pas du tout au rendez-vous.
