The property matched the posting very well. We had high expectations and they were met. The host was very accessible and responsive when needed - didn't need to contact much as things went smoothly. It was clean and comfortable. the A/C and Wi-Fi worked very well during out stay. The pool was refreshing due to the shade over the pool.

− About the only negative feedback is that the pool can be a little challenging to get in and out of due to the 2 foot distance to the first level platform. Not an issue for the young and nimble. :)

The apartment was amazing and the facilities were excellent A bonus having a pool and hot tub. It was in a quiet location with secure parking. Would certainly go back and stay there again.

La maison est exceptionnelle, propre et très sécuritaire. La piscine dont on peut profiter à même la maison est géniale. Les plantes et la végétation à l’intérieur de la maison sont magnifiques. Il est possible d’ouvrir les portes coulissantes dans les chambres et dans la pièce principale qui donne sur la piscine. L’emplacement est plus reculé de la ville dans un secteur très tranquille, mais quand même à proximité en voiture des activités et des magasins. La vue sur le volcan sur la petite terrasse sur le toit, c’est super.

We LOVED Casa Luna

We loved our stay at Casa Luna. We had rented a car, so it was conveniently located. It was close to all the excursions we planned, as well as grocery stores and restaurants, yet far enough away to be peaceful and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised by how much natural light filled the house, and we had plenty of privacy. The house is perfect for a couple. We enjoyed the pool and Jacuzzi tub, and everything in the house felt like new. I was surprised to see how long the listing has been available because the owners clearly take great care of the place. The owner is amazing. Coming from the U.S., I was initially concerned about a listing that requested cash at the start of the stay, but I’m so glad I was wrong. She met us in person, gave us a tour of the house, answered all our questions, and made us feel completely at home. She even went above and beyond. After I left without buying a stand for a postcard, she took care of it for me. We plan to stay here again on our next trip to Arenal. If you’re on the fence, rent the place. You won’t regret it.

Nice, clean, private garage parking

− 10 minutes from La Fortuna, nice house overall but I wouldn’t recommend it to a family of more than 4. The shower was not amazing, the entire bathroom was always wet - including the sink and the toilet areas
