9.0Excellent staff and very neat and clean. Owner of property is very nice person. Its a safe and happy location. Very good stay for family as wl as all type of travelers. Food and breakfast excellent. Sabhana madam is very nice madam guided us properly about the place and advised us properly.

8.0Great location with good value for money. Runs are well done and quite comfortable. Walkable distance to payambalam beach. Breakfast was nice and simple.
− Care taker was not very hospitable. He was in his own world. Need some space to dry the clothes since it is close to the beach.
